Today statusloop runs checks from one location only:

How aggregation works (when multi-region returns)
The codebase is ready for multiple regions: a monitor is marked down if the home region fra fails or a strict majority of regions fail. Until additional regions go live, all checks run from Frankfurt.
Scheduler
The monitor scheduler ticks every 15 seconds. Check logs are retained for 24 hours in the app.
