Connect in the app today

After connecting, link channels to steps in your escalation policies.
Email alerts work through escalation policy steps (not a separate Integrations card). statusloop sends via Resend to the addresses you configure in the policy.
SMS
SMS delivery requires:
- Business or Scale plan (
planSupportsSmsAlerts) - Twilio configured (
TWILIO_*environment variables on the server) - An SMS step in your escalation policy
Not in the Integrations UI today
